Prepared for Acosta & Associates · September 2026

The right ten people a month, not a thousand wrong ones.

A plain plan for putting the firm in front of the carriers and self-insured companies that hire defense counsel in Florida. Short on purpose. The price is at the bottom.

01 / What I saw

The credentials are real and rare.
Almost nobody who matters is seeing them.

AV rated for almost twenty years. Florida Super Lawyer. A perfect 10 on Avvo. Best's Directory. Twenty five years of trials from Palm Beach to Monroe County. That is a stronger resume than most firms three times your size.

01

Nobody can tell who is looking

If a litigation manager at a carrier looked the firm up last week, there is no way to know it happened. The website does not keep count of anything.

02

The website does not ring your phone

The only way in is a contact form that goes to a general inbox, and a phone number that is printed on the page instead of being something you can tap on a phone. When someone with a file to assign lands there, the site makes them work to reach you.

02 / Who actually hires you

This is not the personal injury version of advertising

The person who hires Acosta & Associates is a claims manager, a litigation manager, or a risk manager at a self-insured company who needs defense counsel in a Florida county. Not a driver who got hit.

That changes everything about how this is done. There are only a small number of those searches every month, and each one is worth a great deal. So the whole job is showing up for exactly those people and never paying for the thousands of "I got hurt, do I have a case" searches that eat other law firms' budgets alive.

One panel assignment covers a year of this program.

03 / What I would do

Three pieces, kept simple

Piece 01

Show up when they search

When someone searches for an insurance defense attorney in Florida, a workers' compensation defense firm, or defense counsel in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach, the firm is at the top. Injured drivers searching for a lawyer never see the ad.

Piece 02

Send them to the page that closes

They land on your Firm Resume and a phone number they can tap. If people are arriving and leaving without reaching out, I build a page for that reader and fix it. I do not charge for that up front.

Piece 03

You approve every word

Every ad goes to you in writing before it runs. Bar compliance is your call, and I keep the ads to the firm name, practice areas, credentials, and contact information. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

04 / What you see each month

One page. Four numbers.

The monthly report

What was spent. How many inquiries came in.
What each one cost. Where each came from.

That is the whole report, and we go through it together on a call. If the numbers say it is not paying for itself, I am the one who tells you to stop.

05 / Results so far

What I am running right now

Different businesses than yours, and I will not pretend otherwise. Same discipline: every dollar traced to the inquiry it produced.

65
quote requests in two weeks

Wrap shop in Orlando. $368 in ad spend, about $5.66 per request.

12
requests in six days

Cleaning company in Miami, first six days of September.

The work is at uprisegrowth.io/work.

06 / What it costs

Straight up

$1,000per month

Covers the campaign, the tracking, and the monthly report with a call to walk through it. Three month initial term, then month to month.

Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google, never to me. I would start at $30 a day. At legal click prices that is a handful of clicks a day, and that is the point. Google is also giving new accounts $500 in credit after the first $500 spent, so the first month of clicks is close to free.

Your ad accountYour name, your billing, your data. I get access, never ownership.
Your inquiriesEvery call and every form, yours to keep, exportable any day you ask.
No surprisesThe fee sits on top of spend, never inside it. Google bills your card directly so you see every dollar.
Next step

Twenty minutes. That's it.

At the office or over the phone. I will pull up the actual searches and what they cost, live, so you can see it before deciding anything.
